A. Introduction

i. By using or visiting CupidsKingdom.com (proper name of LLC), you affirmatively agreement to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service"), which are incorporated herein by reference. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT USE Cupids Kingdom.

ii. You should periodically review the most up-to-date version. Cupids Kingdom may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms of Service and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by the current terms and conditions at the time of your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms of Service shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.

B. Setting up an Account

i. In order to access some features of Cupids Kingdom, you will have to create an Cupids Kingdom account. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify Cupids Kingdom immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

ii. Although Cupids Kingdom will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses that stems from this unauthorized use of Cupids Kingdom.

C. Using Our Service

i. These Terms of Service apply to all users of Cupids Kingdom, including anyone, anything, or any device that is using the website in anyway, including but not limited to the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, audiovisual combinations, interactive features and other materials you may view on, access through, or contribute to the Cupids Kingdom. The Cupids Kingdom includes all aspects of this site, including but not limited to all products, software and services offered via the Cupids Kingdom website.

D. General Use of Cupids Kingdom—Permissions and Restrictions

Cupids Kingdom hereby grants you permission to access and use Cupids Kingdom as set forth in these Terms of Service, conditioned on the agreement by you to the following terms:

i. YOU AGREE NOT TO ALTER OR MODIFY ANY PART OF Cupids Kingdom.

ii. Cupids Kingdom prohibits the sale of alcohol and firearms on its website.

iii. Prohibited commercial uses do not include:

i. uploading an original video to this site to promote your business;

ii. Any use that Cupids Kingdom expressly authorizes in writing.

iv. You affirmatively agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," that accesses Cupids Kingdom in a manner that sends more request messages to the Cupids Kingdom servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser. Cupids Kingdom grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the site for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. Cupids Kingdom reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases. v. IN YOUR USE OF Cupids Kingdom, YOU WILL COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS, STATE, FEDERAL OR LOCAL, AT ALL TIMES.

vi. Cupids Kingdom RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE ANY ASPECT OF Cupids Kingdom AT ANY TIME.

vii. YOU AS A USER, AGREE TO HOLD Cupids Kingdom HARMLESS FOR PERIODIC BLACKOUTS, WHETHER OR NOT SAID BLACKOUTS ARE OUT OF THE CONTROL OF Cupids Kingdom.

viii. YOU AS A USER, AGREE TO RELEASE Cupids Kingdom FROM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY PERIODIC BLACKOUTS, AND YOU AGREE TO NOT SEEK FINANCIAL DAMAGES FOR SAID BLACKOUTS.

ix. YOU AS A USER AGREE TO HOLD Cupids Kingdom HARMLESS FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY A THIRD-PARTY THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE, (I.E. HACKERS).

E. Using Cupids Kingdom

i. In addition to the general restrictions above, the following restrictions and conditions apply specifically to your use of Cupids Kingdom.

ii. Cupids Kingdom is provided to you AS IS. You may access the website for your information and personal use solely as intended through the provided functionality of Cupids Kingdom and as permitted under these Terms of Service. You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any part of the website for any other purposes without the prior written consent of Cupids Kingdom or the respective licensors of any information on Cupids Kingdom.

iii. You agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of Cupids Kingdom or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any part of the website or enforce limitations on use of Cupids Kingdom therein.

iv. i. Cupids Kingdom ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANYTHING FROM THE WEBSITE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, FOR ANY REASON, IN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF Cupids Kingdom.

ii. Any and all persons who appear in any video, displayed in Cupids Kingdom, agree that they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions and have specifically agreed to appear in the video and understand how and when it will be shared on the internet.

G. Warranty Disclaimer

i. You agree that your use of Cupids Kingdom shall be at your own risk. CUPIDS KINGDOM MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THIS WEBSITE'S CONTENT or the content of any sites linked to this site and assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our services, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein, (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services, (iv) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party, and/or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via Cupids Kingdom. As with the purchase of a product or service through any medium or in any environment, you should use your best judgment and exercise caution where appropriate.

H. Limitation of Liability

i. In no event shall Cupids Kingdom, or anyone associated with Cupids Kingdom, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our services, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein, (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services, (iv) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party, and/or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via Cupids Kingdom, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the company is advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.

ii. You specifically acknowledge that Cupids Kingdom shall not be liable for content or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party and that the risk of harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with you.

I. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Cupids Kingdom, and all persons associated with Cupids Kingdom, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to Cupids Kingdom; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Service and your use of Cupids Kingdom.

J. Assignment

These Terms of Service, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Cupids Kingdom at any time, to anyone, without restriction

K. Ability to Accept Terms of Service

You affirm that you have the capacity required under law to bind yourself contractual, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms and condition set forth herein, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Service. You affirm that you agree to these terms and conditions freely and of your own accord.
